Benjamin Cook is a therapist working at Harden Psychological Associates, PC in Beaverton Oregon. He specializes in work with trauma, couples, and men. Ben has experience and training in EMDR, CBT, and DBT. After working in community mental health for several years he joined the excellent intensive outpatient program (IOP) at Providence St. Vincent’s where he worked with severe depression, anxiety, and mania in both individual and group settings. After several rewarding years in IOP he was offered an opportunity to return to individual therapy and work with clients on a longer term basis. His present professional focus is refining his skills in trauma treatment.
